Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese whole milk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup diced ham sub in sausage or bacon
  • 1 cup diced broccoli or whatever vegetable you'd like
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Gouda, cheddar, or any cheese you prefer

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Blend the Eggs: In a blender, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and fully mixed.
  • Prepare the Casserole Dish: In a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, evenly spread the diced ham, broccoli, and shredded cheese.
  • Combine: Pour the egg mixture over the ham, broccoli, and cheese in the casserole dish.
  • Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and slightly golden on top.
  • Serve: Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
